Ingredients:Citric acid, sodium chloride, vitamin C, vitamin E, AHA,ascorbic acid,papaya extract, glycerin.

USAGE:Wet your skin in your shower or bath and apply the Scrub all over your body EXCEPT Face and massage in a circular motion concentrating on the problem areas (knuckles, elbows knees, feet etc)leave for 15-20mins before you wash off.
